Creative Point is a digital marketing agency offering SEO, paid advertising, and web development services to clients. We are seeking a disciplined and results-oriented HR Operations Executive to oversee work reporting and output accountability across our delivery teams.

Job Summary The HR Operations Executive will monitor the work reports of the SEO, Ads, and Web Development teams, verify output against assigned targets, and ensure timely completion of tasks. The role requires solid follow-up skills and the confidence to hold team members accountable for incomplete or delayed work.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and review daily, weekly, and monthly work reports from the SEO, Ads, and Web Development teams.
- Verify reported output against assigned tasks, targets, and deadlines.
- Identify incomplete, delayed, or missing work and seek clear explanations from team members and team leads.
- Follow up consistently until pending tasks are completed.
- Maintain trackers and dashboards covering task completion, delays, and recurring issues.
- Prepare periodic output and performance summaries for management.
- Escalate repeated missed deadlines or low output to management, supported by data.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure reports are submitted on time and in the prescribed format.
- Identify performance patterns across individuals and teams,



and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, HR operations, project coordination, or team performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including trackers, formulas, and summary reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong ability to question, follow up, and hold teams accountable in a professional manner.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of SEO reports, ad campaign reports, and web development workflows.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or IT services company.
