HR Executive – Tiruppur

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is looking for an HR Executive to support recruitment, employee coordination and routine human resource activities at our Tiruppur location.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Source candidates, review resumes and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview updates.
- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities and document collection.
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers and recruitment reports.
- Assist with attendance, leave records and other HR administrative activities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
- Support employee communication and routine HR queries.




- Maintain recruitment status reports and follow up on pending vacancies.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR processes.
- Ensure HR documentation is organized, accurate and handled confidentially.
- Follow company policies and established HR procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree; HR, Business Administration or Management qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Hospital or healthcare HR experience is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and office documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates, employees and department heads.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners required.
