HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Executive Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, probation, confirmation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.

Maintain employee records, coordinate F&F; settlements, and address routine employee queries. Ensure timely completion of HR processes and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
1. Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups. Coordinate with hiring managers for job requirements, interview feedback, and hiring updates. Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor candidate pipelines.
2. HRMS, PMS & Dashboard Management Maintain employee data, attendance, leave records, and workflows in Zoho People or a similar HRMS. Coordinate performance reviews, goal-setting documentation, and employee milestone tracking. Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and trackers with accurate and timely updates.
3. Employee Engagement & L&D; Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs,



and training initiatives. Manage HR communications and maintain training records.
4. HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain HR policies, SOPs, templates, and process documentation. Support adherence to company policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies MBA / PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition. Working knowledge of Zoho People or a similar HRMS. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Robust communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently. Key Expectations Independently manage assigned HR operations and recruitment activities. Maintain accurate employee records, dashboards, and recruitment trackers. Ensure timely execution of HR processes and effective coordination with employees

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
