Salary:

3–6 LPA (per annum), inclusive of PF and other applicable benefits. for experienced candidates and will be determined based on their current salary and relevant experience.

We are hiring an experienced HR professional to run end-to-end HR for a quick-growing life science company. You will build our hiring engine, keep employee records and compliance in order, and shape how our people grow.

Key responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave and other employee-related matters.
- Support payroll processing and HR administration with finance.
- Coordinate employee training, induction and development programmes.




- Handle employee communication, grievances and workplace issues.
- Draft and update HR policies in line with Indian labour law (PF, ESI and related compliance).
- Guide and supervise the HR Executive.

What we are looking for

- MBA in HR with 5+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally in pharma, biotech or healthcare.
- Proven track record in volume and technical hiring.
- Working knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance and HR software.
- Mature, approachable and discreet with sensitive information.
