- Selection:

Manage end-to-end hiring, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures of open positions.

- Employee Management: Handle employee onboarding, induction, engagement, grievances, and exit formalities.

- HR Operations: Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR databases.

- Policies &

- Compliance:

Develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws, and maintain statutory records.

- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, coordinate appraisals, and support performance improvement plans.

- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts, maintain discipline, and promote a positive work setting.

- Training &

- Development:

Identify training needs and organize employee development initiatives.

- Reporting: Prepare HR reports, track recruitment metrics, and maintain HR MIS.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
