Irish Technologies LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist / Onboarding Specialist to support recruitment coordination, candidate onboarding, and HR operations for our US staffing business.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate candidate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Collect and maintain candidate documents and employment records.
- Follow up with candidates and internal teams regarding onboarding requirements.
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.




- Maintain onboarding trackers and HR documentation.

Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings and from the office (in office).
- Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant skills may apply.
