Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage HR functions across multiple clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Team Management: Lead and guide the HR team to achieve recruitment targets and meet organizational requirements.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and HR team targets.
- HR Policies: Implement company policies, maintain discipline, and ensure consistent HR practices across branches.
- Joining & Onboarding: Manage offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee training, induction programs, and performance improvement initiatives.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly HR reports related to recruitment, employee strength, attrition, and attendance.
- Coordination: Work closely with management and branch managers to understand manpower requirements and fulfil staffing needs.
- Retention & Engagement: Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall workforce productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in managing and guiding an HR team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a target-driven setting.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, retail, or multi-location organizations will be an added advantage.

Working Schedule
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
