Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager (8+ years experience) to support end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, HR operations, business partnering, employee engagement, and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Onboarding

- Lead end-to-end IT recruitment (freshers laterals)
- Drive onboarding and retention strategies

HR Business Partnering

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
- Provide strategic HR insights and solutions

Employee Relations

- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans




- Conduct investigations and support workplace issue resolution

Performance Development

- Drive performance management processes
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives

HR Operations Compliance

- Manage onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HRIS (Zoho)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws including POSH
- Maintain employee records and oversee benefits administration

Employee Engagement

- Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives
- Plan team-building activities

Strategy Development

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization business objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Monitor HR initiatives and key performance indicators, using insights to drive continuous improvement, organizational effectiveness, and long-term workforce growth.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDBM in HR (preferred from a premier institution)
- 8+ years of HR experience in IT/ITeS/software
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws
- Experience in IT recruitment HR BP roles
- Proficiency in HRIS (Zoho) MS Excel (advanced)
- Solid communication, stakeholder management analytical skills
