: Looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, and day to day HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end to end recruitment and selection.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
