Role Description The HR Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management to support the company’s growing team. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, managing payroll coordination for compensation up to 30k, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

The role also involves handling performance management processes, facilitating training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive,



inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to support workforce planning, resolve employee concerns, and align HR practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and maintenance of accurate HR documentation and records.
- Candidates should possess skills in payroll coordination, basic compensation and benefits administration, and HR data reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing training sessions, supporting learning and development initiatives, and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in HR or people management, ideally within a consulting or service-oriented environment, will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, use HR software tools, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail is expected.
