We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our recruitment team in Jaipur. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking
- Screen and shortlist profiles as per technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts




- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work on multiple technical positions simultaneously within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition
- Positive understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets
- Experience working on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Good negotiation and coordination skills

Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
