We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter Intern | Bangalore

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our growing team in Bangalore. If you are passionate about Talent Acquisition and want to build your career in HR, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on recruitment experience.

Position: HR Recruiter Intern

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Full-Time Opportunity: Performance-based conversion to full-time

Full-Time CTC: ₹3 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage scheduling
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements
- Make 60–70 calls daily to shortlist and engage with the right candidates




- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with internal teams to understand monthly hiring needs

Requirements

- Freshers / candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Comfortable with making 60–70 calls daily
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus
- Must be based in Bangalore or willing to Relocate to Bangalore
- Immediate joiners preferred
