Role & responsibilities Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.

- Serve as the first point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Explain job roles and company details to candidates.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment status.
- Coordinate interview feedback and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA (HR) 2026/2027 , B.Tech, Any Graduate,

Batch • Passionate about building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Solid interest in recruitment and people management
