Job Summary
Experience - 3 to 5 years - HR professional, with solid recruitment and people-management experience, preferably with retail or multi-location exposure and comfort working in a fast-moving store-launch environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare store-wise manpower requirements.
- Source, screen and recruit store employees.
- Coordinate recruitment agencies and hiring pipeline.
- Manage onboarding, induction and training.
- Align manpower deployment with launch schedules.
- Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Support attendance and payroll inputs.
- Work with store managers to ensure staffing readiness.
- Support HR policies and operating procedures for Mumbai stores.
