We welcome applications from MBA/PGDM graduates in Human Resources, including freshers with relevant HR internship experience, as well as candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist in HR Business Partnering activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on recruitment and HR requirements.
- Support employee queries, HR documentation, and routine HR operations.
- Assist with maintaining employee records and HR-related reports.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across different HR functions.





Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
- Freshers with relevant HR internship experience are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HRBP activities will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach.
- High learning agility, ownership, and a genuine interest in building a career in HR.

Compensation 25,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
