Salary:

16,000 per month (including PF, as applicable).

A outstanding first role for an MBA-HR graduate. You will work directly with our HR Manager across recruitment, records and daily HR operations, and learn how HR runs inside a growing science company.

Key responsibilities

- Support recruitment: post jobs, screen profiles and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR files, physical and digital.
- Track attendance and leave records.
- Support onboarding paperwork and new-joiner induction.
- Support day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
- Assist the HR Manager with administrative work and reports.

What we are looking for

- MBA in HR (freshers and 2025/2026 graduates welcome).
- Good spoken and written English; Telugu or Hindi is an advantage.
- Comfortable with MS Excel, Word and email.
- Organised, polite and eager to learn.
