We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, team building, and day-to-day HR operations for our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment and hiring for office staff, production staff, and factory workers.

- Build and maintain a robust, skilled, and productive team.

- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR policies.

- Coordinate with production supervisors for manpower planning.

- Maintain employee discipline, resolve grievances, and improve employee retention.

- Support performance management and employee training.

Requirements

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.

- Good communication, recruitment, and team-building skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, and attendance management.

- Manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
