Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The HR Executive will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance,



retirement plans, and leave management.

- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax and labor regulations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases (HRIS).

- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Conduct HR-related training sessions for employees and management as needed.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work workplace, promoting employee engagement and retention.
