About the Company

KCyber Experts Pvt. Ltd. is a cybersecurity company specializing in Cyber Security, Cyber Forensics, SOC, VAPT, Compliance, Contract Staffing, and Digital Marketing services. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our HR operations and contribute to effective employee management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close open positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll inputs, salary coordination, and employee documentation.
- Draft HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Support employee engagement activities and address routine employee queries.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement documentation,



and employee clearance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations and/or recruitment.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and other basic office tools.
- Ability to multitask, maintain records accurately, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
