Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented qualified to build relationships with HR leaders, generate business opportunities, and strengthen SIPMAA’s network across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop connections with HR professionals across industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and corporate organizations.
- Identify business opportunities through networking, meetings, and professional associations.
- Demonstrate strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Establish connections with educational institutions and industry partners.
- Develop and maintain a database of HR professionals, organizations, and potential partners.
- Support SIPMAA’s HR engagement initiatives, events, and networking activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- Good relationship management and lead-generation skills.
- Proficiency in database management and follow-ups.
- Tamil communication is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Must have a two-wheeler for local travel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
