Store My Goods is an asset-light self-storage and relocation company headquartered in Noida and operating across 10 cities. We help households and businesses store and move their belongings safely and affordably. Our clients range from families and students to enterprise brands.

Role Description This is a full-time role, We are looking for an HR Executive who will own learning & development (L&D;) and support end-to-end recruitment. The right person communicates confidently, enjoys working with people, and keeps records organised.

Learning & Development (L&D;)

- Identify training needs with department heads and build a monthly L&D; calendar
- Design and deliver induction, soft-skills and on-the-job training for corporate and operations staff, in person and online
- Create and update training content, presentations and SOP-based modules
- Run post-training assessments, collect feedback and report on training effectiveness
- Maintain attendance, training records and an L&D; tracker for every employee

Recruitment

- Post job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Apna




- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with senior HR and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates through every stage, from application to joining
- Maintain a recruitment tracker and candidate database

Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years of HR experience, handling corporate staff employees
- Hands-on experience training staff employees
- Very good communication, with strong spoken and written English
- Familiarity with job portals and the screening process
- Organised, with good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
