We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR operations for our cinema theatre. The candidate must be willing to conduct field recruitment and work with flexible working hours based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for cinema theatre staff.
- Conduct field recruitment, walk-in interviews, and local candidate sourcing.
- Manage job postings and candidate follow-ups through Indeed, WorkIndia, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Recruit staff for departments such as Operations, F&B;, Box Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Parking, and Security.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with department supervisors to identify manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR administration.
- Ensure timely recruitment and joining of candidates as per business requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree; HR or Management qualification preferred.
- Experience:



1–3 years in HR recruitment preferred; freshers with positive communication and recruitment skills may also apply.
- Willingness to perform field recruitment and local candidate sourcing.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours and rotational schedules when required.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of job portals, MS Excel, and basic HR documentation.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, malls, or cinema theatres is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
