Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Hiring Executive who has strong experience in sourcing and hiring Kitchen Staff, Kitchen Helpers, Cooks, Commis and other blue-collar employees for cloud kitchen operations.

The candidate should be well-versed in using WorkIndia, Job Hai, Apna Jobs and other job portals to source candidates and should be comfortable with high-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for Kitchen Staff, Kitchen Helpers, Cooks, Commis and other cloud kitchen positions.

Search and shortlist candidates through WorkIndia, Job Hai, Apna Jobs and other recruitment platforms.

Proactively search candidate databases and make outbound calls to potential candidates.

Post vacancies on relevant job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media and other sourcing channels.

Handle bulk hiring requirements across multiple cloud kitchen locations.

Screen candidates based on experience, location, salary expectations and joining availability.

Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews/walk-ins.

Maintain daily candidate calling, interview and joining trackers.

Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.

Coordinate with Operations/Outlet Managers regarding manpower requirements.

Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for urgent and future requirements.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.





Identify new sourcing channels for kitchen staff and blue-collar manpower.

Coordinate with manpower consultants/vendors when required.

Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities are completed.

Track candidate dropouts and take corrective action to improve joining ratio.

Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with WorkIndia, Job Hai and Apna Jobs is mandatory.

Strong experience in Kitchen Staff / Restaurant / Cloud Kitchen hiring preferred.

Positive knowledge of blue-collar candidate sourcing.

Excellent telephonic communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment.

Good follow-up skills and target orientation.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent manpower requirements.

Knowledge of Bengaluru locations and local candidate availability will be an added advantage.

Number of candidates sourced per day.

Number of candidates screened and shortlisted.

Number of interviews/walk-ins generated.

Number of candidates joined.

Joining conversion ratio.

Candidate retention after joining.

Cost-effective sourcing through job portals and other channels.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in:

Cloud Kitchen

Restaurant / QSR

Hospitality

Food & Beverage

Manpower consultancy

Blue-collar recruitment

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
