Role & responsibilities

- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, documentation, and exit formalities.

- Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and applicable labour laws.

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, and Full & Final settlements.

- Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.

- Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance data, and monthly HR MIS reports.

- Coordinate employee queries, engagement, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

- Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and interdepartmental activities.

- Ensure timely compliance filings, documentation,



and statutory deadline tracking.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Practical knowledge and prior working experience in Labour Law & Statutory Compliance.

- Hands-on exposure to PF, ESIC, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and HR MIS reporting.

- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
