The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation within the organization. This position is based in Noida, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct recruitment processes, including screening candidates and handling initial interviews to identify suitable talent for our schools.

- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave management, to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee salary management, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
- Organize and facilitate induction and training programs for current hires, fostering a welcoming and informative onboarding experience.




- Engage with employees to promote a positive work environment and address any HR-related concerns.

Requirements

- A degree in MBA HR or a diploma in HR is essential.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR role within a reputed school is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess school experience to understand the unique HR needs of educational institutions.
- Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with staff and management.
