HR Executive - Recruitment (Contractual)

- Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract ( 1 Year for extension based on performance and business needs)

- Consultancy background candidates with Manufacturing experience will be Preferred

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced HR Executive Recruitment on Contract to manage and execute full-cycle recruitment

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment & Sourcing

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft concise job descriptions, and determine optimal sourcing strategies.
- Drive multi-channel sourcing utilizing job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), qualified networks, employee referrals,



and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, evaluate applications against technical and cultural requirements, and conduct preliminary phone/video screenings.

2. Candidate Experience & Offer Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing regular updates and maintaining a positive employer brand.
- Manage negotiations on salary, benefits, and start dates in alignment with company guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment
