We are seeking an experienced HR Executive – Statutory Compliance to manage and ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory regulations. The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Factory Act, Workmen’s Compensation Act, and other relevant employment laws.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling statutory documentation, filings, returns, records, inspections, and coordination with relevant government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- ESIC Compliance: Manage ESIC registrations, employee records, applicable forms, contributions, benefits, claims, and statutory filings.
- PF Compliance: Handle PF registrations, employee additions and exits, contributions, returns, transfers, withdrawals, and related documentation.
- Gratuity Compliance: Maintain gratuity records and support calculations, eligibility assessments, and settlement processes as applicable.
- Factory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable factory laws, maintain statutory registers and records, and coordinate inspections.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable central and state labour laws and employment regulations.
- Workmen’s Compensation: Handle employee compensation documentation and coordinate claim-related processes under applicable law.
- Statutory Documentation: Maintain registers, returns, notices, licences, employee records, and other mandatory documents.
- Audit and Inspection: Coordinate statutory audits, labour inspections, and compliance verification.
- Government Liaison:



Coordinate with ESIC, EPFO, labour departments, factory inspectors, and other relevant authorities.
- Compliance Monitoring: Track statutory deadlines, prepare compliance calendars, and ensure timely submissions.
- Legal Updates: Monitor changes in labour legislation and support implementation of applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in HR, labour law, and statutory compliance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ESIC procedures, forms, filings, and employee benefits.
- Good working knowledge of PF, Gratuity, Factory Act, Workmen’s Compensation Act, and other applicable labour laws.
- Experience with factory or manufacturing-unit compliance will be an advantage.
- Valuable record-keeping, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage compliance activities independently and meet statutory deadlines.
