HR Executive – Recruitment & Promoter Management

Location: Manjeri, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to drive end-to-end recruitment and manage the deployment of temporary Sales Promoters across Kerala and other states. The role involves talent sourcing, candidate coordination, hiring operations, and close collaboration with sales teams to ensure timely manpower availability and smooth field-level deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and fulfil vacancies within the required timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage temporary promoter recruitment, placement, and deployment across Kerala and other states.
- Coordinate with sales teams to plan promoter requirements based on business needs, store locations,



and campaign activities.
- Track promoter attendance, deployment status, joining, and replacement requirements.
- Maintain recruitment databases, hiring trackers, and regular recruitment reports.
- Ensure effective communication with candidates, promoters, and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deployment requirements simultaneously.
- Willingness to coordinate with teams and candidates across different locations.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, field-force hiring, or promoter management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
