- Manage PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Handle industrial relations and employee-related issues.
- Coordinate with government departments and statutory authorities, as required.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, documentation, and reports.
- Support statutory audits, inspections, and compliance filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR and compliance activities.
- Experience in HR Compliance and Industrial Relations
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements
- Robust documentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage compliance activities independently
