Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines-sourcing candidates, screening profiles,



scheduling interviews, and coordinating closely with hiring managers and founders.

- Campus Student Outreach: Build relationships with college placement cells, organize campus hiring drives, and manage our intern hiring pipeline.
- Onboarding Employee Experience: Create smooth, memorable onboarding journeys for new joiners to ensure they hit the ground running from Day 1.

- Culture Engagement: Plan and execute internal engagement initiatives, team-building events, and workplace activities to keep morale high.
- HR Operations HRIS: Maintain employee records, manage attendance and leave tracking, help refine HR policies, and ensure seamless daily HR operations.

- Performance Feedback: Assist in coordinating performance review cycles, gathering employee feedback, and addressing workplace queries with empathy and speed.
