HR Talent Acquisition (Hospital Industry)
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition, preferably in the hospital or healthcare industry.
- Robust expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Make daily recruitment calls to candidates and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Manage recruitment for various hospital departments and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates through job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support for HR-related matters.
- Coordinate with HODs and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure effective talent acquisition.
