Job Requirements:

- Candidates must have experience in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical,solar,wind industry.
- Hindi-speaking skills are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable with face-to-face interviews.
- Experience in both Blue Collar and White Collar Recruitment.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and manpower sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and other channels.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews.




- Manage onboarding processes and joining formalities.
- Handle employee documentation and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
