Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and personal networks. Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements. Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
Share relevant and shortlisted CVs with the Medi Pharma Konnect team. Coordinate interviews between candidates and the internal recruitment team or clients. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Focus on assigned vacancies across pharma sales, marketing, production, QA, QC, regulatory affairs, HR, finance, medical devices, diagnostics, and healthcare. Ensure candidate information is accurate
