Palette Bidar Fort View - Ashodev Residency, Bidar is hiring Housekeeping Guest Service Associates (HK GSA) - 4 openings.

About the role

You will clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas so every guest finds a spotless, comfortable and well-stocked room.

Key responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors as per hotel SOPs
- Make beds, change linen and replenish guest amenities and supplies
- Clean public areas, lobby, restaurant and back-of-house areas as assigned
- Report room status, maintenance issues and lost & found items to the HK Supervisor
- Respond promptly to guest requests (extra towels, amenities, turndown)
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and keep the trolley well organised

Requirements




- 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel
- Knowledge of room cleaning procedures and cleaning chemicals
- Basic communication in Hindi / Kannada; English is a plus
- Physically fit, well groomed and willing to work rotational shifts
