- Safety Reporting:

- Estates

- Heavy Housework: Clean high windows, chandeliers, cornices, and areas out of reach of standard housekeepers.

- Basic Handiwork: Perform minor repairs like touch-up painting, bulb changes, basic carpentry, or plumbing fixes.

- Property Care:

Manage pool cleaning, power washing,



and general exterior upkeep.

- Errands &

- Logistics:

Handle deliveries, light driving (e.g., taking the family car for service or running to local vendors), and event coordination. [1]

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift or push heavy loads (typically 40 to 50 lbs, such as loaded linen carts). [1, 2, 3]
