Working Hours: 12 hours per day, inclusive of breaks

Weekly Off: One day per week

Household Staff: Housekeeping, kitchen, service, drivers, security, and gardeners

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and proactive House Manager to oversee the complete operations of a luxury private residence in Juhu, Mumbai. The role involves leading all household staff, managing the owners preferences, coordinating guests and vendors, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations with the highest standards of service, discretion, and privacy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Household Management: Supervise all household staff, manage rosters, conduct briefings, inspect the residence, and maintain service standards.
- Owner Preferences: Anticipate the owners daily requirements, including suite readiness, meals, lighting, temperature, wardrobe, and personal routines.
- Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, repairs, vehicles, drivers, pets, vendors, and deliveries.
- Finance & Inventory: Manage household budgets, petty cash, bills, procurement, inventory, and vendor contracts.
- Guest & Event Management: Oversee guest hosting, private dinners,



family events, and travel arrangements.
- Security & Confidentiality: Enforce privacy protocols, coordinate security, and ensure evening turndown and night checks.
- Reporting: Resolve issues proactively and provide a concise daily report to the owner.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, or private residences, preferably with substantial family-household management experience.
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-department teams, including housekeeping, kitchen, service, and security.
- Experience in household accounts, inventory, vendor management, maintenance, and guest handling.
- Hospitality or Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred.
