Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Manager with relevant experience in hospital operations and the healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily hospital operations, coordinating with departments, ensuring quality patient services, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hospital operations and administrative activities.
- Supervise hospital staff and coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, quality service, and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and operational discipline.
- Manage hospital inventory, equipment, and administrative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare standards, and applicable regulations.
- Handle patient grievances and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor operational reports, expenses, and departmental performance.




- Coordinate with management to improve hospital efficiency and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Relevant experience in hospital management or hospital operations is mandatory.
- Industry Experience: Candidates must have prior experience in the same healthcare/hospital industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of hospital operations, patient services, and healthcare procedures.

- Salary: As per experience and company standards.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
