Role Description The Horticulture Supervisor & Garden Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees daily garden operations, including supervising gardening staff, planning maintenance schedules, and ensuring high standards of plant health and garden aesthetics across residential and commercial sites. The individual will design garden layouts and green spaces, recommend suitable plants and materials, and coordinate installations for balconies, terraces, landscapes, and corporate projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include site visits, assessing soil and environmental conditions, implementing sustainable gardening practices,



and monitoring irrigation, fertilization, and pest management. The role also involves liaising with customers, documenting work progress, maintaining inventory of plants and supplies, and collaborating with the operations team to deliver consistent, quality service.

Qualifications

- Strong horticulture and plant care knowledge, including soil management, irrigation practices, plant nutrition, and pest and disease control.
- Experience in garden and landscape design, with skills in layout planning, plant selection, and creating functional and visually appealing green spaces.
- Team supervision and field operations skills, including staff coordination, task allocation, on-site training, and safety awareness.
- Customer interaction and service skills, with the ability to understand client needs, provide expert recommendations, and maintain clear, professional communication.
- Basic project management abilities, such as scheduling, resource planning, site documentation, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Relevant education in horticulture, agriculture, landscape design, or a related field; certifications in gardening or landscaping are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in outdoor conditions and willingness to travel locally across assigned project locations.
- Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally friendly gardening practices; experience in urban or rooftop gardening is a plus.
