Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented HoReCa Sales Assistant to support business development and sales activities for Amruta Tea. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new customers, conducting market visits, and building long-term relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities

- - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HoReCa segment.
- Generate leads and approach potential hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutions.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, sampling, and customer follow-ups.
- Convert prospective leads into sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, payment follow-ups, and customer queries.




- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, sales records, and other required MIS reports.

Educational Qualification

- - Post Graduate MBA - Marketing preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Experience

- - 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or HoReCa sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with robust communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also apply.

Required Skills & Competencies

- - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Lead generation, sales conversion, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
