Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead Stouryline’s domestic and international holiday packages division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing end-to-end travel operations, leading the team, strengthening vendor relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the holiday sales and operations team to achieve business targets.
- Handle domestic and international holiday packages, including FIT, GIT, and customized tours.
- Oversee end-to-end operations from client enquiry to trip completion.
- Drive sales conversions, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage DMCs, hotels,



and travel vendors, including rate negotiations.
- Monitor quotations, bookings, follow-ups, and operational activities.
- Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in holiday sales and operations.
- Robust knowledge of international destinations, itinerary planning, and package costing.
- Proven team management and sales target achievement experience.
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
