Job Overview

We are looking for a Hospitality & Holiday Sales Executive / Holiday Consultant with a background in hotels, resorts, hospitality, travel or tourism to manage holiday inquiries and bookings for our Shahpur Poolcity property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries related to holiday packages, resort bookings and property facilities.
- Explain the property's rooms/villas, amenities, activities, packages, pricing and offers to customers.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the property/resort team regarding bookings, availability, guest requirements and check-ins.
- Assist customers in planning their stay and provide accurate information about the property.
- Handle booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations and payment follow-ups.




- Maintain booking records and provide regular updates/reports to management.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking and guest arrival.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotel/resort sales, travel, tourism or holiday bookings.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of hospitality and holiday packages.
- Robust follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Presentable, confident and customer-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and booking systems.
- Candidates with experience in resort or holiday package sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
