Operate CNC VMC, HMC machines with FANUC control for heavy and large-size components. Read and understand 2D NC programs using FANUC control. Perform machine setup for heavy jobs on 34 meter turning tables.

Carry out various turning and milling processes as per drawing and process requirements. Select and use appropriate turning tools and inserts based on the machine process and material. Select and use appropriate milling tools based on the machining operation and process requirements.

Read and understand 2D engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and basic machining symbols. Perform in-process and final dimensional inspection using measuring instruments. Handle precision measuring instruments such as OD and ID micrometers up to 2 meters.

Monitor machining parameters and ensure components are produced as per required specifications. Perform basic troubleshooting related to machining, tooling, and setup. Maintain proper machine setup, tooling, measuring instruments, and workplace safety standards
