Job Summary

Jaya Industries is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring across FMCG/manufacturing, along with operations, supply chain, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, operations, supply chain, and corporate roles.
- Drive high-volume sales hiring across multiple regions.
- Coordinate with business leaders to plan manpower requirements and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics,



including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Build talent pipelines for critical positions and improve candidate experience.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven experience in sales hiring within FMCG industries.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and team-handling skills.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
- Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
