1. Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, competitors, and industry updates.
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with content creators and the marketing team.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Respond to comments and messages where required.
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and communication across platforms.

1. Requirements

- Good understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.




- Knowledge of content scheduling and social media analytics tools.
- Creativity and awareness of current digital trends.
- Ability to analyze performance and suggest improvements.

For Interns & Freshers:

- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Interest in social media marketing and digital branding.
- Willingness to learn content planning, analytics, and account management.
- No professional experience required.

For Experienced Candidates:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts or executing social media campaigns.
- Understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and engagement analytics.
- A portfolio or examples of previously managed accounts are preferred.
- Ability to independently manage content calendars and social media activities.
