Domestic Sales of Insurance Products

Location: First Floor, Policybazaar, Infinity Tower, A Wing, Behind Lakozy Toyota Showroom, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400064

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential and existing customers to promote Insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Insurance options.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations.




- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Hindi & Marathi is must.
2. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
3. Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
4. Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
5. Freshers and experience both can apply.

Minimum education: Graduation Only Telesales Experienced candidates will be preferred.
