Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month, based on experience and suitability

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting, maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with our Accounts and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries in Tally.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Check invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents before processing.
- Maintain petty cash records and verify employee expense and conveyance claims.
- Assist with GST and TDS workings and compile supporting data for review and filing.
- Track receivables and payables,



follow up on outstanding payments and flag discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams for invoices, payment details and account confirmations.
- Support monthly account closing, reporting and audit documentation.
- Maintain organised records and handle financial information confidentially.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
- At least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
- Accuracy in data entry, documentation and numerical calculations.
- Explicit communication, timely follow-ups and willingness to learn.
- Experience in engineering, service, projects or construction companies will be an advantage.
