Niptow Ventures provides software development and digital solutions to businesses. We are looking for a proactive qualified who can generate new business opportunities, build client relationships and help grow our software services and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads for software development, web applications, mobile apps and IT consulting.
- Identify potential clients in India and international markets, including the GCC.
- Connect with founders, CTOs, project managers and business decision-makers.
- Generate opportunities for contract hiring, dedicated developers and outsourced software projects.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling and follow-ups.
- Prepare company presentations, proposals and quotations in coordination with the technical team.




- Coordinate digital marketing activities, LinkedIn content, SEO and promotional campaigns for company products, including Niptow.com.
- Maintain a CRM or lead tracker and provide weekly sales reports.

Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, IT business development or lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of software development and digital marketing.
- Ability to work with targets and independently build a sales pipeline.
- International client communication experience is an advantage.

Compensation Fixed monthly salary based on experience, plus performance incentives tied to eligible business generated and client payments received.
