We are looking for a skilled Lead React + Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in React.js and Java. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while providing technical guidance to team members and ensuring high standards of code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Java.

- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications.

- Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and related frameworks.

- Work with microservices architecture and database technologies.

- Lead and mentor developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders,



UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams.

- Troubleshoot defects, resolve production issues, and optimize application performance.

- Participate in technical discussions, project planning, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Mandatory Skills
