Job Title: Sales Executive Banking & Financial Services (Freshers Welcome)

Location- Chennai and Across Tamil Nadu

Want to start your career in banking and financial services? We’re hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused freshers for field sales roles supporting leading banks and NBFCs. You’ll work with customers to understand their needs and connect them with suitable banking products, with training and on-the-job support to help you get started.

Product areas may include:

- CASA and savings/current account acquisition
- Account opening and customer onboarding
- Home loan lead generation and sales
- Other banking and financial products, based on the assigned client

What you’ll do:

- Meet prospective customers in the field and explain relevant products
- Generate leads through referrals, local outreach and market visits




- Help customers understand application requirements and complete documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and bank/NBFC representatives to move applications forward
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate lead and sales records
- Work towards individual and team targets while providing a good customer experience
