Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers regarding banking and insurance services.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, banking transactions, policy information, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about banking and insurance products, services, and procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints, identify issues, and provide appropriate resolutions within defined timelines.
- Explain insurance coverage, policy details, and service procedures as per process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the CRM system.




- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments for timely assistance.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, data protection guidelines, and quality standards.
- Achieve defined customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with international customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
- Ability to handle international customer calls professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support systems.
- Prior experience in customer support, international voice processes, banking, BFSI, or insurance is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining service quality.
